How this product were made?
The client wanted a versatile garden planter that included storage and gave us drawings of the product, as well as material and surface treatment requirements

We finished the sample by cutting wood, polishing, applying waterproof paint, and adding steering wheels. In order to ensure the integrity of the product in transit, we filled each board with bubble bags, and then customized a suitable size of 5-layer corrugated box to pack.

How this product were made?
Client wanted to make a 2-tier rustic-style storage rack, and they sent us a similar reference picture.
The most difficult part is what kind of process can we use to reduce the overall price. Because it's too time-consuming and expensive to manually glue the wooden beads one by one. After a few days of research, we found the supplier of the whole wooden bead and successfully saw the cost.
In order to achieve the rustic and strong effect, we made the iron bracket thicker.

We first made 2 pallets, and then cut the wooden beads into four pieces and glued them to the pallets, and then burned them through the charcoal process to achieve a light dark brown color. At the same time, drill the installation hole in advance to facilitate customer installation. The iron bracket is also produced by us, and at the bottom of the iron bracket we install non-slip plastic pads

Customer gave us a picture of a similar product and told us that the requirement was stronger and more secure than the reference product.

We found that the sample was very light and easily toppled and damaged due to hollowing at the bottom, and the wooden rods supported around it were too thin. We recommend the customer to make the bottom of the board, and then the wooden rod support around the thicker to achieve the desired purpose.

We finished the sample by cutting the wood, sanding, polishing, varnishing, carving and spray-painting. Then send it to the customer for confirmation before mass production.
